Bauen mit Naturmaterialien

As part of the course "Bauen mit Naturmaterialien", the first clay building workshop took place in October.
During the project week, the students made their own wooden moulds, produced clay mixtures and finally rammed over a tonne of material into the moulds.
The models of Randeck Castle on a scale of 1:25 and the model of the surroundings on a scale of 1:50 represent the starting point for the upcoming design studio.
The course is being accompanied by a research project on the topic of "Ertüchtigung von Stampflehm".
We are already looking forward to seeing how the designs fit into the rammed earth model!
