The planning area is located on the south of the town center and lies in between single family houses and agricultural areas. The new houses are placed into the slope that clear common and private areas are being created on the one hand, and on the other a permeability in the directions north-south and east-west occurs. The level difference of the houses allows them to be illuminated and a generous view to the surroundings.
