Housing Estate Auer-Welsbachstraße

The project unites the buildings of six different Viennese architectural offices and illustrates the possibilities in Viennese housing. The individual components line up along a largely covered access passage on the widely sprawling property. They use the resulting topography as a common space. A shared hall, several children's play areas and a shared sauna with sun terrace complete the offer for the 33 apartments.
