The house "under the oaks 3" is the thrid part of the street-concept in the Gartenstraße. On the upper floor the living room pierces through the house on the one side with the window located towards the landscape while on the other side a loggia opens up to the hill. The sleeping rooms located on the lower floor are designed as four seperate blocks. Through the space between them the sunlight falls into the gangway. 

The house is heated, respectively cooled, by a geothermal heating pump. Photovoltaic solar panels supply additional energy to the building.
