The house F2 in Sulzberg concludes the development of the plot at Pfarrholz. The design concentrates on developing a plane connection on the upper floor from the dining area to the cooking area and from the living area to the garden on the lower floor. The bedrooms are distributed on both floors, each with a private bathroom, so a separation into two units can be done at any time with minimal effort.
The stove was made by the owner himself and works as a classic fireplace on the one hand and on the other hand, he feeds the heat storage, which powers the underfloor heating system. Further sources of energy are long-distance heating from the village-owned cogeneration plant and the 45m² photovoltaic system on the roof, which produces electricity all year round.
