As part of the renovation of an existing residential building from the early 90s, the entire wing of the building was renovated and energetically improved. By merging two apartments, a spacious duplex apartment was created, which is tailored exactly to the changing needs of the residents and creates a versatile spatial continuum from the two classic gangway apartments.
The interior is determined by oiled oak, satinated limestone, semi-gloss varnish and fine natural materials. The interior has been carefully and detailed implemented and completes the open space concept with numerous multifunctional, room-dividing elements.
