The three-storey building houses three residential units on the upper floor, which are exposed via incised terraces. The ground floor is reserved for ordination. The total area of approximately 250 m² is only divided by 2.1 m high birch wood furnitures. The glass facade is surrounded by a filter of about 280 birch trunks, which provide privacy and sun protection as well as a pleasant working atmosphere for the interior areas. Through a birch grove in the garden this impression is extended into the outdoor area.
